Request More Information ›The option to combine a second carousel with the main carousel of Modular SL allows for stamp and seal application up to 32,000 BpH.
The application of the tax stamp and seal in the intermediate star, and the subsequent stretching in the second carousel, allow to increase the production speed compared to the conventional mode.
Smoothing pads installed on the second carousel's jacks press the tax stamp onto the container for a longer time, providing a better seal.
In combination with the cold glue station that applies the seal, it is also possible to install a hot melt reinforcement to ensure maximum adhesion and eliminate the possibility of tampering.
