In the heart of Val di Non, in Trentino–Alto Adige, there is a dream born in 1992: Mieli Thun, an Italian excellence producing honey of the highest quality.

Pure monofloral honeys, harvested at the peak of flowering in selected, unspoiled locations.

Honeys born from nomadic beekeeping: the bees are moved to more than 60 extraordinary locations throughout Italy, allowing them to reach the finest blooms the Bel Paese has to offer.

The journey begins in northern Italy with the fragrant, pristine bloom of rhododendron and continues all the way to southern Italy, where flowering ignites the hills of Calabria.

This is how exceptional products are created, with over thirty different varieties, which continue to receive awards and the appreciation of internationally renowned chefs.

The project, born within the family business in Ton (TN, Italy), is now carried forward with great passion by daughters Francesca and Elena Paternoster, who inherited a deep love for the world of honey.

Mieli Thun demonstrates a strong orientation toward innovation, favoring cutting-edge technologies that best enhance its products.
