Universal Clamping Starwheel

Universal multi-format clamping stars are a P.E. Labellers patent.

Experience and continuous research have allowed us to create a solution to manage multiple formats of cylindrical and oval containers without having to change the in/out infeed stars.

The clamping stars, which can be replaced without the use of tools, block the bottle at two different points: at the top of the neck and at the bottom of the body.

The stars are designed for automatic adjustment by means of motors; silicone-coated anti-scratch clamps are also available as optional.
